A stronger, more confident you starts with the right support.

I didn’t start out confident in the gym — I started out exactly where many of my clients do. Unsure, a little overwhelmed, and not really knowing where to begin. What changed everything was consistency, the right structure, and realising that training isn’t just about how you look. It changes how you think, how you carry yourself, and what you believe you’re capable of.

That shift is what made me want to coach. I combine strength training, conditioning and functional fitness to build sessions around you — your goals, your starting point, your life. Whether you want to build muscle, lose weight, move better or simply feel more energised day to day, the approach is always the same: proper technique, sustainable progress and no quick fixes.

What I enjoy most is watching people grow in confidence — pushing past what they thought they could do and actually enjoying the process. That’s what Vertex Fitness is built around.
